This a brand new 2 bed roomed apartment situated
in Cabanas de Tavira, (Quinta da Gomeira) near the city of Tavira. Quinta da
Gomeira is located approximately 30 minutes between the capital of the
Algarve (Faro) and the Spanish border.
The apartments have ground, first and second floors only - this apartment is
on the ground floor.
The village is situated on the Ria Formosa, a Nature Reserve with plenty of
wildlife where there are beautiful costal walks along the shoreline and you
can take the boats to the lovely golden sandy beaches 2 minutes walking from
the apartment. There are restaurants, cafes and bars are plentiful and are
as renowned for their meat dishes as the locally caught seafood cuisine.
This apartment also includes plenty of gardens and a swimming pool from the
condominium which the same is in.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
Bedrooms:
The apartment has two bedrooms - both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes.
Two twin bedrooms one furnished with two single beds and another with a twin
bed.
There is a sofa bed in the dinning room.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is open plan to the lounge and there is a terrace outside.
The kitchen have cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, coffee machine,
toaster and all utensils provided to cook any kind of meals you like.
Dining Room:
The dinning room features a Television with national/international channels,
Satellite TV, DVD player, CD/Stereo radio, books, jigsaws and selection of
DVD films are provided for your entertainment. The dining area with seating
for 6 persons.
The apartment have aluminium thermo with double glass windows and has small
portable air coolant fans for the hotter/cooler months.
Sea is about 3 minutes walking.
No smoking permitted inside the apartment only in the balcony outside of the
kitchen.
The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels changed weekly.
All electricity, water and gas included.
The price of the apartment also included the swimming pool and private
garden of the apartment condominium.

OUTSIDE:
The apartment condominium has private garden
and swimming pool. The size of swimming pool 17mt x 10mt.

DISTANCE TO AIRPORT:
30 minutes driving, and about 25 kms to Airport or the city of Faro.

DISTANCE TO BEACH:
To the beach 3 minutes walking, 1 minute
driving.

CAR HIRE:
If you want to visit all the area around
Tavira and visit the interior of Algarve its advisable to rent a car
(Price of car rent is about 40€ per day).

CHANGEOVER DAY:
No preferred day for arrivals or departures. Changeover day
is Wednesday or Friday.

When booking a £90.00 (€) cheque or transfer is required as a deposit to
cover any breakages whilst on holiday. This will then be destroyed or
refunded after inspection of apartment. The apartment is cleaned and
linen and towels changed weekly. All electricity, water and gas
included. The price of the apartment also included the swimming pool and
private garden of the apartment condominium.
1 month before the holiday, make transfer or cheque to reserve, The
security deposit and 50% of the price of the week.
Other 50% 1 week before the date of your arrival day.
After inspection of the apartment the security deposit is refunded, by
transfer or destroyed if is cheque.
