The notes below
describe what we ideally require to produce an effective rental advertisement
for your Villa, Apartment or property in Portugal so please take time when preparing your advertisement copy.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
Describe your property in Portugal and its position as accurately as possible. We
suggest around 80 words maximum but don't worry if its more or less.
PICTURES:
- the basic price of the advertisement includes 4-5photographs.
- additional photographs are charged at £5 each (a one-off cost).
- for best results please send JPEG digital images via e-mail to
adds@algarve-apartments.biz
PRICES & AVAILABILITY:
-
give details of prices and the applicable dates to which
they apply.
- always indicate a cost per week.
- show separate prices for adverts that show more than one
apartment or villa.
- state clearly if prices differ according to the
number of occupants.
- indicate if you give discounts for
long term lets.
ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
- are
the bedrooms double, twin or single and
are there any sofa beds?
- is there a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer?
- is air-conditioning or central heating installed?
- will there be a television, satellite receiver or radio?
- does the property have an interesting view of sea, mountains or
valleys etc?
- is smoking generally permitted inside the property?
OUTSIDE:

is there a garden,
balcony, patio?
- don't forget garden furniture and BBQ etc.
- If you have a swimming pool please indicate if it is heated and its
size.
PETS:
-
Whether or not they are permissible.
DISTANCE TO COAST/BEACH:
- give an approximate time or distance
either walking or driving.
DISTANCE TO AIRPORT:
- give an approximate time or distance
including the name of the nearest airport.
CAR HIRE:
-
a good idea to
let the holidaymaker know if a car is essential or not.
CHANGEOVER DAY:
- Give your preferred day for arrivals
and departures.
CONTACT DETAILS:
- give your name and telephone number for
receiving enquiries.
- if you have an e-mail address please include this as well.
- if you have your own web site we will place a link to it on your
page.
FURTHER DETAILS:
You may
provide additional information about the property and its location,
places of interest, distances to shops, restaurants, towns, beaches,
etc. It is also important to indicate if there is maid service & how
often, is bedding inc duvets and towels etc provided.
BOOKING PROCEDURE:
Please make it clearly
understandable what is the booking and billing procedure etc to avoid
any misunderstanding.
