This light and spacious apartment is located at the heart of Praia da Luz, a colourful village with a safe and clean beach close to the historic town of Lagos and several golf clubs. It is a duplex and comprises hallway, kitchen, sitting/dining room leading out to balcony with beautiful view of sea and cliffs. Downstairs are two twin bedrooms and full bathroom. Although private, the apartment is integrated, through membership, with the Ocean Club and, as such, clients enjoy its facilities free of charge. There are also a number of local restaurants, bars and supermarkets within short walking distance.

No air-conditioning, portable heating
Satellite TV, DVD player & radio with CD player
Preferably no smoking.

OUTSIDE:

Balcony with garden furniture and BBQ, 3 outdoor and 1 indoor (heated in winter) swimming pools at the Club.
Other facilities, including 4 tennis courts, restaurants and bars also are available at the Club.
Bicycles available by arrangement with the Club.

FURTHER DETAILS:

Nearest golf clubs - Boavista approx 3 kms, Palmares approx 8 kms, Penina approx 15 kms.

During the summer, bed linen and towels (not beach towels) provided, along with maid service, weekly.
For winter lets, bed linen and towels provided for whole stay. No maid service but arrangements can be made with the Club at clients� expense.

It is strongly recommended that personal insurance is taken out by all clients prior to the holiday as the owner will accept no liability for personal injury, loss or theft.

Praia da Luz is a quaint, colourful village, 6 kilometres from the historical town of Lagos. The village, with its own bay and sandy beaches, is a quiet, friendly and popular retreat. The sea is safe and clean.
Everywhere you go, you are surrounded by small, white villas, covered with the most beautiful flowers - bougainvilleas, oleanders, morning glories and hibiscus.
You will also find a good selection of restaurants, bars, night clubs and supermarkets. There are also a number of local restaurants, bars and supermarkets within short walking distance.
Water sports, sailing trips, windsurfing, pools tennis and golf are available within easy reach.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of total holiday price is required as confirmation of booking, receipt of which will be confirmed by email.
Final balance is due not less than one month prior to arrival, receipt of which will also be confirmed by email.
Payments to be made either by cheque or bank transfer if within the UK or by bank transfer only from outside UK.
