villa, is ideal for those who do not like large tourist
developments. Villa Sunset is situated at Vale Formoso a few
minutes from Almancil, and north of the N 125, just 10 minutes
from the airport from Faro. Its also mid way between Vale do
Lobo and the market town of Loule.
Vale do lobo is the nearest
beach, just under 3 miles away. There are several small
supermarkets within walking distance from the villa, typical
Portuguese and good value, also there is an excellent variety
of bars and restaurants un Almancil. There are larger shops in
the nearby towns and an excellent shopping complex at Faro.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
Villa Sunset is a truly luxurious villa providing all of the comforts of
home. From the impressive hallway you will enter into a split level
lounge/dining room 39x36ft, French windows at the end of this room open out
onto the terrace and pool area.
There are 5 bedrooms, 3 on the ground floor which are twin rooms, sharing a
family bathroom, and two double rooms on the first floor, both of which have
en-suite facilities. The beautifully fully fitted kitchen has everything you
require including dishwasher, microwave etc and a washing machine in the
adjacent laundry room.
The villa has satellite TV and a video recorder for your use. Telephone and
fax facilities can be arranged with this villa. In addition the villa also
has the benefit of full air conditioning/heating which is available at an
extra cost of 100 pounds per week, payable locally on arrival.
Maid service is provided daily for general cleaning. Linen and towels are
provided but this doesn't include beach towels.

OUTSIDE:
Outside is
the terrace with sun loungers, tables, chairs, parasols and a purpose built
barbeque, all of which surround a 40 ft pool. Beyond the terracing are
landscaped gardens which give a view to the sea.

DISTANCE TO COAST/BEACH:
Vale do
lobo is the nearest beach, just under 3 miles away. There are
