ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:

The apartment has 3 bedrooms:

2 bathrooms (1 ensuite)

Lounge / Dining Area:
Large split level lounge and dining area with: TV (cable/satellite) and music system (CD/tape/radio).

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with: Dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric hob and oven and microwave. There is also a washing machine.

Air conditioning / heating is installed, making the property ideal for year round occupation.
 

OUTSIDE:

From the large roof terrace there are spectacular panoramic sea, coastal and mountain views. The terrace is ideal for sunbathing and relaxing, and there is a built-in barbecue for dining al fresco.
Within landscaped gardens there is a delightful swimming pool with children's section, poolside bar and 2 tennis courts.
There is ample parking available outside the apartment.
 

FURTHER DETAILS:

The apartment is situated on a hill overlooking the Old Town, which is about 8 minutes' walk away. There are many small shops, bars and restaurants in the Old Town, and it has a lively atmosphere and appeals to all ages. The pedestrianised streets and cobbled alleyways add to the general ambiance, and some restaurants have superb views over the bay.

The apartment has a daily maid service (excluding Sundays and National Holidays). All linen and towels are provided, with the exception of beach/pool towels.

DISTANCE TO AIRPORT:

Faro Airport - 35 minutes by car.
 

DISTANCE TO BEACH:

Albufeira's two beaches are about 8 minutes' walk from the apartment, but a few minutes' drive towards the west brings you to the first of many delightful coves, all different, and long sandy beaches.
 

CAR HIRE:

Car hire is not essential as Albufeira is an established resort with many facilities including two excellent beaches. However, there is so much to see and do in the Algarve, not to mention dozens of different beaches to visit, that having a car will help visitors get the absolute best out of their holiday experience.
 

CHANGEOVER DAY:

Saturdays in high season, otherwise flexible.
 

BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS:

30% deposit required at time of reservation, with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. Cots and highchairs available at £2 per item per day.
Linen and towels provided, but please bring your own pool and beach towels. Check-in after 2.00 p.m. on day of arrival. Check-out by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure. Changeover days: Saturday in high season, flexible at other times. Full management service by local agents.
