PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

This stunning first floor apartment is in the renowned Alto Golf & Country Club offering luxurious facilities including an 18 hole championship golf course and pools, floodlit tennis courts, children's play area, health club, gourmet restaurants and bars that can all be used by guests. The apartment is two minutes from the beach and overlooks the pretty fishing village of Alvor.

The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a double sofa bed to comfortably sleep six and is south facing with views of the ocean.
 

PRICES:

Prices in UK Pounds per week 2006. The price includes arrival / departure maid service.

We can be contacted for reduced price long lets at any time of the year.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:

The apartment has two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, one en-suite and a fold up sofa bed to sleep a maximum of six people. There is satellite TV in the master bedroom.

The spacious lounge/dining area with satellite TV Flat screen, DVD player and music system, leads out onto a marble terrace with sun loungers which is south facing affording guests sun all day.

Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, toaster, iron and kettle.

Price includes arrival / departure maid service - towels are provided.

We would ask all our guests not to smoke inside the apartment. Guests are of course welcome to smoke on the terrace.

OUTSIDE:

The apartment itself has a a front balcony and a rear marble terrace with sunloungers.

The Alto Golf & Country Club offers amenities that are of the highest standard, including large outdoor and heated indoor pools, two floodlit tennis courts, a putting green and a children's play area. All facilities are on offer and are private to members and guests of the apartment who can also enjoy exclusive rights at the golf course nearby.

Pets are permissible
 

The nearest airport is Faro and is approximately 35 minutes to the apartment.
 

CHANGEOVER DAY:

Thursday is very popular due to the large number of flights into Faro. Saturday is also popular but we will consider any day changeover.
 

The Alto Golf & Country Club, Alvor, is without doubt one of the most luxurious holiday resorts in Portugal. Situated by a stretch of golden sandy beach and a sheltered tidal lagoon and not far from the famous Praia de Rocha beach, this holiday has something to offer everyone. Alvor is a small town with narrow twisting streets and is full of attractive restaurants and bars offering a great range of meals, not to mention the local speciality fish dishes.
 

The rental is priced in the tariff per week based on maximum of six people sharing. We require a deposit of £150 per week and advise that bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been received. Confirmation of your booking and a receipt of your deposit will be sent to you together with useful information about the area and the Golf & Country club. The balance of payment is due 8 weeks prior to departure.

The price paid is fully inclusive of amenities. Maid service is weekly and there will also be a weekly linen change.
