We have three modern luxury apartments to let within the Villa Marachique Complex near the picturesque fishing village of Alvor. Villa Marachique is surrounded by exotic gardens and overlooking the magnificent swimming pools, our neighbouring apartments are ten minutes walk from extensive beaches and coves in a family complex with nearby shops and restaurants.
Others include the Alto Golf Course (five mins walk), the
Penina Championship course (ten mins drive), plus many family oriented activities.
Two apartments in Villa Marachique sleep up to six people and one apartment sleeps 4, these include an en suite bathroom to the master bedroom, a family bathroom and a Large Kitchen
containing everything you would expect to find at home. These two apartments are on the ground floor.
The one bedroom apartment Villa Marachique sleeps up to 4, spacious kitchen/bathroom and is
furnished to a very high standard as the others.
Overlooking the pool. Has
DVD, Sat TV, music system.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
Each two bedroom apartment sleeps up
to six persons and comprises:
•Spacious entrance hall
•Master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, balcony with view of
pool, en suite with bath, shower, toilet and bidet.
•Twin room with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, balcony with view of pool.
•Family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and bidet.
•Large well equipped kitchen with 4-ring cooker/oven, microwave,
fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron/ironing board, washing machine.
•Open plan dining area with table and six chairs.
•Furnished lounge, including a bed settee to comfortably sleep two more
persons, TV, video, small selection of books, games and videos.
•Please note the third apartment has one bedroom and can sleep up to 4
people, (has most the of the above details).

OUTSIDE:
Villa Marachique is a complex on the outskirts
of Alvor. It's centre piece, and the main hub of activity, is the huge
swimming pool stretched across the luxurious gardens.
pool is divided into 2 parts the toddler
side and adult side.

FURTHER DETAILS:
The apartments are provided with a once weekly
maid service at the end of each week.
All necessary linen will be provided and changed weekly. Towels will be
provided for use within the apartment and changed weekly or upon
request. Please bring your own beach towels.
Long lets
arrangements regarding cleaning/linen are slightly different - to be
arranged with owners.

DISTANCE TO AIRPORT:
The apartments are approximately 50 mins drive from Faro Airport which
is served daily by flights from the UK.

DISTANCE TO BEACH:
Approximately 20 minutes by foot or 5 mins car/taxi.
|
CAR HIRE:
Car hire is always useful though not essential.
|
CHANGEOVER DAY:
Generally Saturdays - But we try to be flexible.

BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS:
A non refundable deposit of £150 per week per apartment is required to reach us within 7 days of any verbal booking. If no deposit is received the property will be re-advertised as available.
The balance will be required to reach us 8 weeks prior to your departure. Confirmation of your booking and a statement of your final balance will be sent to you on payment of a deposit, a receipt and useful information will be sent to you upon payment of the balance.
Bookings are taken on a Saturday to Saturday basis, however flexibility will be considered. Arrival check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am unless agreed otherwise by prior arrangement. This provides enough time for the apartment to be cleaned between guest arrivals and departures. We will endeavour to be flexible to suit flight times, where possible.
Each property attracts a breakage deposit of £150. This amount is a precautionary deposit and will be returned in full by cheque within 14 days of departure, providing no damage or breakages have occurred during your stay.
